I do not currently replace any broken crayons. However, I will issue a refund for the cost of the broken crayon. If there are multiple broken crayons, please snap a picture and send to me along with photos of the package and I will take appropriate action to take care of you.
Do you accept custom designs?
Yes, I can create custom designs. I do not create designs with copyright and trademarks.
Are your crayons safe for kids?
Yes! All of our handmade crayons are non-toxic, eco friendly and safe for kids.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes! Please message me prior to placing your order to communicate your needs and if the shop is able to accommodate your needed by date, we will do so!
